STEAL THIS IDEA returns to the session lineup in Las Vegas!

We are looking for presenters for this year’s “Steal This Idea” session at TechCon (April 15-17, 2020, MGM Grand Las Vegas) to share short case studies on how their station has brought the PBS mission to life through innovative and engaging digital strategies.
For the past 9+ years, “Steal This Idea” sessions have highlighted real-world stories of success and lessons learned from station colleagues across a wide gamut of content marketing, social media, event, digital, fundraising, and community engagement topics. Case studies featured at previous sessions have included “Member Engagement Through Email-Exclusive Content,” “Social Media as Public Service,” and “Bridging the Audience Gap with Social Media Broadcasts,” along with many more diverse presentations.
Attendees will leave this session with a list of new, proven ideas that they can apply to their station and community, as well as new contacts to build their professional network. Presenters will also get a chance to shine a light on the great work their station is doing—and only need to prepare a 5-7 minute case study to do it!
