As the Manager of Data & Systems at PBS Utah, I lead a team of data professionals to support the fundraising activities of the state's public broadcasting service. I have over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on data analysis, CRM, and marketing. I hold an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics from the University of Utah, where I learned how to apply advanced tools and techniques to solve complex business problems and generate insights.
My mission is to use data to inform and improve the fundraising strategies and outcomes of PBS Utah, and to ensure the data integrity and security of our internal and external systems. I collaborate with the University's Information Systems areas, as well as with fundraisers, customer service, and accounting staff, to provide accurate and timely data exchange, analysis, and reporting. I also participate in the development and execution of digital fundraising activities, using platforms such as Marketing Cloud, and oversee the benefit coordination for our donors and supporters. I am passionate about the role of public media in education, culture, and civic engagement, and I am proud to be part of the PBS Utah team.
