The goal of the Mentor Program is to help novice sales reps at local stations improve sales performance by integrating CSPI learning and methodology with hands on guidance and support from seasoned sales reps and to create a continuum of learning for both the mentor and mentee. The pilot of the CSPI Mentor Program will be open to 7 pairs (7 mentors & 7 mentees). Manager consent is required for participation.
