  • 1.  Audience Insights per genre dashboard (question)

    Quick question - apologies if this was asked before - we have the Audience Insights per genre dashboard available on Domo for many years going back in time, which is fantastic.

    Are these general PBS audience insights? Or are they insights for our station in particular?

    Just trying to dial some things in for my team and wanted to double check context for the dashboard before we meet.

    Hi Ann,

    Great question! The Audience Insights reporting in Domo is national data across all stations. However, there is a separate Local Nielsen dashboard housed in Data Studio, which has localized linear TV data. Lily James (lkjames@pbs.org) is the product owner for it and can help answer any questions.

    Thanks for the info, Dylan!

    I've been using the Local Nielsen Dashboard and have gotten training with Lily James to learn how to pull numbers.

    The Audience Insight data on Domo has far more data (such as gender, age, etc) than is available to me on the Local Nielsen dashboard, even if it's just "by genre". That's why I was hoping it was station-specific vs PBS-wide.
