    Hi everyone,

I hope you're enjoying your summer! For this month there are three PBS Domo updates:

Update 1: New Station Predictive Dashboards

We are excited to launch the first station predictive dashboards in Domo. These dashboards add membership and donor insights, providing stations with a more complete view of performance. Over the next few months, we will be rolling out three new reports:

    • Propensity Model Dashboard – What drives new membership? (Launching Aug 2026)

    • Station Lifecycle Performance – Who is at risk of churning? (Launching Sep 2026)

    • Station Benchmarking – How does my station compare to others? (Launching Oct 2026)

First up this month is the Propensity Model Dashboard. Start there to see what's driving new membership at your station. At the bottom of the report in Domo, there is an important notes section with information on what is included. In addition, the Propensity Model Dashboard User Guide was developed in collaboration with the PBS Immersive Learning team, covering practical use cases for the dashboard. Each dashboard will have its own user guide, published when that report is released.

Update 2: Additional User Counts for the PBS KIDS Games App

We have added PBS KIDS Games App users from KIDS+ into the PBS KIDS user reports. As a result, you can expect your station's games app user counts to be about 10% higher than before. This data has been backfilled to January 2026, the first month of PBS KIDS Games App user counts available in Domo.

Update 3: User Count Report Averaging Calculation

We improved how user counts are calculated in Domo when multiple months are selected. This update aligns with the best practice of using a monthly average for user counts when reporting across multiple months, providing a more accurate representation than summing users across the selected period. Going forward, user count reports will use the monthly average whenever more than one month is included in your date range. The exception is the monthly user count trend charts, which will continue to display each month separately. The important notes at the bottom of each Domo user count page have also been updated to reflect this change.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    All the best,

    Dylan

    Dylan,

    This is exciting!

Can you elaborate on how to export information on individuals modeled as likely to convert?

The dashboard documentation mentions using the Prospect Report (NextCloud info), but I don't see any fields listed in the V2 documentation labeled as conversion propensity or churn likelihood.

Also, are the assigned clusters and subgenres/themes/moods going to appear in the VPPA data shared with stations? They would also be very valuable for creating customized outreach? If so, where would we find them?

    Thanks!

    Angela

    Hi Angela,

Thanks for these questions! I am working with the product team to get the answers around VPPA and the prospect reports and I will follow back when I have some information.

    Hi Angela,

I wanted to follow back with some information on your question. There is currently a new version of the Prospect Report that is being piloted and will include segments and modeled data. It will also include subgenres, themes and moods. More to come from the product team in the near future.

    Best,

    Dylan
