Hi PBS Domo Team,

When looking at the program rankers dashboards on Domo, I noticed that toggling from Chart to Table causes the Rank column to switch from a rank to the program's stream count. Is this something that can be fixed?

Thanks for reaching out and flagging this! It looks like the rank is changing to a stream count when selecting a csv export, but the rank stays correct when exporting to an Excel file. I will submit a ticket to Domo for them to see why it's doing that as it is likely a backend software issue. 

I'll keep you in the loop about what I hear from them.

I heard back from Domo on the ticket that I filed in regards to this. Their explanation is that due to the way that CSV files are structured and given how the rank is technically a sum function on their backend, this is an expected behavior. However, as we saw earlier, we can still see the proper rank calculations if the tables are exported as an Excel file instead of CSV. 

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention! This was a new learning for me and the timing of it coincides well with the new rank numbers that we recently added to the tables within Domo.
